All about Parker (aka Park)...
He's the youngest (so far) of our children and turned 5 in May 2011. Parker is a mama's boy through and through.
He lives life going 100 miles per hour from the moment his feet hit the floor until...well I'm not sure there's a time when he doesn't move through life at top speed! Even in his sleep, he is on the move. Always an explosion of energy which is both fun and exhausting at the same time. He longs to taste, touch, smell, see, and hear everything around him.
Parker has reflux, food sensitivities, inflammatory bowel disease/crohn's disease,sensory processing issues and Dyspraxia. These never seem to slow him down, but they do cause him much pain and many challenges in day to day life. Things are significantly better since the fall when he was formally diagnosed and put on medication to help keep the IBD flares at bay.
Park loves elephants and koalas, bananas and yogurt, Thomas the tank engine and backyardigans (especially Tasha), books and his playsilks. He is captivated by all things shiny, soft, silky and especially things that spin.
He's sweet, funny, strong-willed, dramatic and very very giggly!
