We were blessed with several inches of snow last night and the children are very excited. Well, most of them anyway. Parker and Aaron have never seen this much snow and it was fun to see their reaction this morning. Parker was the first one awake, he climbed up to the window and just stared and stared. After what seemed like forever, he sighed a deep, heavy sigh and pulled the curtains closed. He continued to sit there, holding the curtain and sighing as if to say, "I hope it's all gone when I open the curtains back up." Aaron's reaction was the polar opposite to Parker's. He loudly exclaimed, "WOW" and then just sat mesmerized by the still falling snow for quite some time. When Magdalyn came wandering in, still groggy, Aaron said "Quick Mag, you gotta see this...this is SERIOUS!"
